Agreements
Read the terms before you commit.
The Master Service Agreement sets the shared terms for client work. Your statement of work identifies what we will deliver, its price, and the responsibilities for that engagement.

Master Service Agreement
The complete standard agreement is available below. It includes payment, review and correction, ownership, confidentiality, data and AI, liability, cancellation, and dispute terms.
Before signing
This is an unexecuted standard form for inherent.design LLC. We identify the client, effective date, and accepted document version before signing. A statement of work supplies the deliverables, completion checks, exclusions, fees, dependencies, and schedule.
Reading the site, sending an inquiry, or downloading the document does not accept an agreement. Signing an MSA alone does not authorize work or enroll you in a subscription.
Agree a particular version
Review the full proposed documents before approval. Keep the accepted copies. Later website revisions do not amend an existing agreement; changes require the written approvals specified in it.
Accounts and deliverables
Your accounts and data remain yours. The MSA distinguishes paid client-specific deliverables, reusable components, and third-party licenses. It does not grant portfolio permission by default.
Data, AI, and retention
The MSA requires express authorization before confidential or personal data goes to an external AI workflow. Approved systems, recipients, access, and working-material retention arrangements are agreed before that material is received.
Business correspondence, agreements, approvals, and accounting records are separate from working copies. There is no blanket 30-day deletion or 90-day backup-expiry commitment. See our current retention practices.
Scope, delivery, and ongoing service
The MSA provides shared terms; it does not replace a specific scope or maintenance schedule. Working together explains the process, and Support explains current working hours and how to report an issue.
These notes help you locate the relevant terms. Read the full MSA and the proposed engagement documents; these notes do not replace them.

This is the informational website of inherent.design LLC. These terms concern the website; client services require a separate agreement.
Information and inquiries
Service descriptions explain the kinds of work we discuss. They are not a binding quote, reserved capacity, or authorization to start. We confirm scope, price, access, and timing separately.
Content and permitted use
You may browse the site, share links, and save copies of the agreements for review. Published software and assets with their own licenses remain subject to those licenses. Otherwise, contact us before republishing our artwork or using our brand in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement.
Do not use the site to distribute malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other visitors or the service.
External services and information
Links to other websites take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. We may update this website to correct or clarify information. A website update does not change a signed client agreement.
